  • Monitor and manage kitchen equipment to ensure they are in good working condition; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Hail from Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada & Shimoga Districts of Karnataka
  • Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or relevant culinary role, with a strong portfolio of South Indian dishes.
  • In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to balance authenticity with creativity to deliver unique flavors.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
