Areca County offers just 5 limited, exclusive cottages nested inside an arecanut plantation around an 1929 heritage home. The cottages are built in an antique architecture with modern amenities. Local, earthen materials like red laterite stones, Mangalore roof tiles and a lot of wood are used.
All cottages are non-smoking and some have air conditioner.
Although technically we are registered as a home stay, our build quality & amenities are on par with a star hotel or a resort (excluding swimming pool, spa or few services). You get an authentic local experience with best of comfort, homely vegetarian food & service.
