Stayed a night here during shooting of Shivaji Surathkal 2. The place is quite surrounded by nature and transports you to your grandma’s place when we were kids. The team was very hospitable. The food was homely and I had a terrific meal. Felt I should come back with my family soon.

It's equivalent to a boutique resort!!
Must stay here for atleast 2 nights.
The property is Beautiful, room too spacious & very clean, excellent place to stay with/ without family. Have a wonderful sitout for every room.
Here you wake up to the melodies of birds!!

Farm walk with the friendly host will leave you mesmerized
Eco Beach and early morning boat ride are must visit nearby places and the host assist you for that.

Our stay in Areca County was beautiful. It gives u the vibe of "Malnad Halli Mane". The rooms are spacious n clean. Even bathrooms were clean n well maintained. Their balcony has wonderful view of Areca trees. The place gives u homely feeling. Never realised authentic south Indian food can be so tasty. Even tea n pakado was grt. We kept ordering them. The care taker/cook was making sure we had good time.
Very clean and organized home stay. If you are a Havyak looking to experience good old Havyaka life with a touch of luxury, then this is definitely a place for you. Loved my stay here and will definitely be going back.
