Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Areca County, we strive to offer our guests a memorable and relaxing experience during their stay with us. To maintain the highest standard of service and accommodate the needs of our guests, we have established a Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please take a moment to read and understand our policy before making a reservation.

  1. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made at Areca County are non-refundable. This means that once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled for a refund. We highly recommend that you carefully review your travel plans before making a reservation to ensure that your selected dates align with your itinerary.
  2. Rescheduling: We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide the option to reschedule your booking, subject to availability and payment of any price difference.

Here’s how our rescheduling process works:

  • To reschedule your stay, please contact our reservations team at least [X] days before your originally scheduled check-in date. This allows us to check availability for your new dates.
  • If your desired dates are available, we will work with you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
  • If there is a price difference between your original booking and the new dates, you will be required to pay the balance before confirming the rescheduled reservation.
  • Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your new dates will be available

No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Early Departure: In the event that you check out before your scheduled departure date, we are unable to provide any refunds or credit for the unused nights of your stay.

Force Majeure: Areca County will not be responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political disturbances, health emergencies, or other force majeure situations. In such cases, our usual cancellation and refund policy may not apply.

By making a reservation at Areca County, you agree to abide by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case unforeseen circumstances disrupt your travel plans.

If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our reservations team. We are here to assist you and ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.

Thank you for choosing Areca County, and we look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable experience.
