Description

Rates displayed are per cottage, which can accommodate two adults on a king sized bed and upto 2 kids with bed on mezzanine floor. The cottages are cool and airy due to earthen materials used.

Simple Vegetarian Lunch or Dinner can be arranged with prior intimation, will cost extra. We do not sell alcohol.

Considering availability of only of attached bathroom, there is no extra person or extra bed option.
All cottages are non-smoking.
Free WiFi is available inside every cottage.
Free parking is available inside the property.
All guest have access to common area including a diner at heritage building, mini library, areca farm.
Badminton, indoor board games and gear-less cycles are available for rides inside the property.

We recently added 2 Ton Air Conditioner to this cottage with an intention to reduce humidity in the room and provide better comfort during the summer. Considering the size of the room you might have to use the AC long with the fans for better air circulation to the mezzanine floor. We have automated power backup for lights, fans, tv, WiFi but not for geyser & AC. Staff will manually switchover geyser backup when requested.

We require photo ID of the guests and only registered guests are allowed.

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your stay if you inform us at least one week prior to your reserved date, subject to availability and any applicable price differences. You may also opt to transfer your booking to friends or family. Please note that last-minute cancellations are non-refundable, so we recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unexpected events like missed or delayed flights.
