The Family Cottage at Areca County is designed to offer spacious and comfortable accommodations for families seeking a serene retreat in the heart of nature. Built with eco-friendly materials such as laterite stones, earthen roof tiles, and wood, the cottage combines rustic charm with modern conveniences, making it an ideal choice for families who value both comfort and sustainability. This 600+ sq. ft. cottage is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate a family of four, including two adults and two children.

Inside, the Family Cottage is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. It includes air-conditioning for comfort, warm LED lights for a cozy ambiance, and a ceiling fan for added air circulation. Guests will find ample power points, a dressing mirror, and a spacious almera to store their belongings securely.

The clean and hygienic bathroom is well-appointed with a western commode, wash basin, and an electric geyser for hot water. It also includes a shower, bucket and mug, and dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. Basic toiletries such as bath towels and toothpaste are provided for your convenience.

For entertainment, the Family Cottage features a Smart TV and WiFi access, ensuring connectivity even in the midst of nature. In case you want to enjoy natural air, all windows are fitted with mosquito mesh, keeping insects out. Additional amenities such as an iron box, washing machine access, and a cloth drying stand are available upon request, making it ideal for extended stays. Additionally, we provide toothbrushes, tissue rolls, extra towels, extra pillows and extra sheets upon request. These services are designed to offer personalized comfort while maintaining our eco-friendly and minimalist approach.

 

Dining Experience

We maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment and encourage guests to enjoy meals in our separate common dining area. While snacks, tea and beverages can be served at your private sit-out, we kindly request guests avoid consuming food inside the cottage to prevent attracting ants. For those who wish to explore, nearby restaurants are just a 10-15 minute drive away.

• Our property is located within a Areca Plantation, surrounded by natural habitats.
• All cottages are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outdoor.
• We provide in-house RO purified drinking water in glass bottles with unlimited FREE refills.
  Bisleri water bottle is available at MRP.
• We prepare vegetarian food only with pre-intimation.
• There are no tea/coffee bags in the cottage. We prepare fresh tea & coffee, billed seperately.
