The private sit-out offers a tranquil space to unwind, while the thoughtfully designed interiors ensure a refreshing stay.

Standard Amenities

The Deluxe Cottage with AC at Areca County is thoughtfully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Each cottage features air-conditioning for a refreshing escape from the humidity, complemented by warm LED lights and a ceiling fan to create a cozy ambiance. Guests will find ample power points for charging devices, a dressing mirror for convenience, and an almera for secure storage. The clean and hygienic bathroom is equipped with a western commode, wash basin, and an electric geyser for hot water, alongside a shower, bucket and mug, and dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. Basic toiletries, including bath towels, toothpaste, and other essentials, are provided. The cottage also includes a 40″ Smart TV for entertainment, WiFi access, and a dustbin for wet waste to maintain cleanliness. Additionally, in case you want natural air, all windows are fitted with mosquito mesh, allowing fresh air while keeping insects at bay. These amenities ensure that your stay is both luxurious and practical, offering the perfect balance of comfort and nature.

We also offer several amenities on request to enhance your stay. These include an iron box and access to a washing machine, perfect for longer visits. A cloth drying stand is also available, ensuring convenience for guests who need to dry their clothes. Additionally, we provide toothbrushes, tissue rolls, extra towels, extra pillows and extra sheets upon request. These services are designed to offer personalized comfort while maintaining our eco-friendly and minimalist approach.

We ensure uninterrupted comfort with an automated power backup system for essential amenities such as lights, fans, and the TV. For the electric geyser and air-conditioning, backup support via a generator is available during extended power outages. This service is activated manually and can also be provided upon request, ensuring you have access to both hot water and cooling whenever needed.

Dining Experience

We maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment and encourage guests to enjoy meals in our separate common dining area. While snacks, tea and beverages can be served at your private sit-out, we kindly request guests avoid consuming food inside the cottage to prevent attracting ants. For those who wish to explore, nearby restaurants are just a 10-15 minute drive away.

• Our property is located within a Areca Plantation, surrounded by natural habitats.
• All cottages are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outdoor.
• We provide in-house RO purified drinking water in glass bottles with unlimited FREE refills.
  Bisleri water bottle is available at MRP.
• We prepare vegetarian food only with pre-intimation.
• There are no tea/coffee bags in the cottage. We prepare fresh tea & coffee, billed seperately.
• One child below 7 years can stay for free and hence there is no need to specify them while making online reservation. If you have children above 7 years, select extra bed with foldable cot during the checkout. You can also consider booking Family Cottage.
