Guest Service Job in Karnataka Resort for Freshers

You’ll be responsible for engaging with the guests and attending to all their service requirements. Duties include welcoming the guests, assisting with check-in process, showing the rooms, carrying the guest luggage, taking food orders, servicing the food, providing local travel information and addressing any guest concerns. Responsibilities:

• Welcoming the Guests
• Check-in & Check-out
• Showing the rooms
• Carrying Guest Luggage
• Taking food orders
• Carrying & service the food
• Billing
• Providing local travel information

Qualification:
* Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi & English
* Should be vegetarian (properly serves only vegetarian food)
* Flexible with nature of work & timings

Working Hours:
* Split shift starting 6am in the morning and ending 11pm (average 9 hours a day)
* Mandatory to stay at the property (basic stay & vegetarian food will be provided for free)

How to Apply:
Please check the location and decide if you can stay at a remote location in the jungles.
You can be anywhere from India but should know to talk Kannada since we are located inside Karnataka.
